3. Quotations and Booking

Quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer. For our London moving company services, accurately describing the volume of goods and access conditions is essential. We reserve the right to amend quotes if the actual requirements differ significantly from those described. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed.

4. Cancellations and Postponements

If you need to cancel or postpone your house removal or courier service, please notify us as soon as possible. Professional movers in London operate on tight schedules, and late cancellations may incur a fee:

  • More than 7 days notice: No charge.
  • Between 2 and 7 days notice: 50% of the booking fee.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: 100% of the booking fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth move, please ensure:

  • Parking is arranged for our removal van (e.g., parking permits).
  • All items for packing service London are accessible.
  • Small items are packed in boxes unless you have booked our full packing service.
  • You or a representative are present during loading and unloading.

6. Insurance and Liability

We are a fully insured removals London company. Our Goods in Transit insurance covers your belongings against damage or loss while in our care, subject to policy terms. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage caused by packing performed by the customer.
  • Cash, jewelry, or other valuables not declared in writing.
  • Unforeseeable delays due to traffic or weather conditions.

7. Payment
